If you can’t confidently check every box, this project may not be the right fit — and that’s okay.

Application Readiness Checklist

Before submitting your application, confirm that you:

☐ Perform at a professional level in live settings

☐ Can read chord charts / Nashville numbers fluently

☐ Are comfortable learning material quickly and retaining it

☐ Can step into a show with little or no rehearsal

☐ Have strong time and groove and can play to a click

☐ Can follow production cues, arrangements, and show flow

☐ Own reliable, professional-grade gear suitable for large stages

☐ Have experience performing for large crowds

☐ Bring stage presence and visual awareness

☐ Are a team-first player — no ego, no drama

☐ Communicate professionally and show up prepared and on time

☐ Can commit to learning standard setlists by genre

☐ Understand that versatility = opportunity

☐ Are open to rotating roles and multiple performance formats

☐ Have availability for paid, production-level performances

Bonus (not required, but strongly preferred):

☐ Lead or harmony vocals

☐ Multi-instrument capability

☐ Experience with corporate, festival, or high-production shows
